Built by AI. Powered by humans.
US grid & data-center intelligence

See what's connecting to the grid.
Everywhere. Every day.

39,173 applications to connect to the American grid — generation, data centers, and the rules that shape them. Read daily, checked against the source, priced in the open.

Every US grid region

All 7 ISOs plus 49 non-ISO utilities — parsed daily, not annually.

Generation + load together

Supply and demand on one map. Nobody else joins both sides.

30 years, county by county

1,575 counties with queued MW, wait times and outcomes since 1997.

Rules & money layered on

Moratoria, tariffs, dockets and lobbying — tied to the projects they touch.

Exports that actually work

CSV, API and an MCP server for your AI tools. No PDF jail.

The problem

Most "planned" projects never happen.
Do you know which ones will?

Power decides what gets built — AI campuses, factories, whole neighborhoods. But the information underneath it is broken three ways:

84%

of projects die first

Companies announce gigawatts, then walk away. The same campus applies in three states and gets counted three times.

You need: which megawatts are real
57

places hide the answers

Seven grid operators and fifty utilities, each with their own spreadsheets, formats, and schedules. Nobody reads them all.

You need: one clean daily source
$0

is what a black box is worth

Legacy vendors charge six figures and never show their math. If you can't check a number, you can't defend it in a meeting.

You need: sources and misses, published

Questions

Straight answers

Where does the data come from?

Public records only — connection applications filed with all seven US grid operators and 49 utilities, government dockets, federal lobbying disclosures, and Census geography. We read them daily and reconcile our row counts against each source. Those checks are published on the How-we-make-it page.

Why pay if the filings are public?

The raw filings are public and scattered across 57 sources in formats that fight back. What you buy is the assembled version — The Load Ledger, The Graveyard, TrueLoad flags, and a daily archive — none of which exists anywhere else at any price.

What does "Built by AI. Powered by humans." mean?

AI agents read thousands of filings a day. Humans review everything before it ships, and every number carries its source. Machine scale, human accountability.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Home and Pro are monthly with one-click cancel — you keep every export. Reports are yours forever. Partnerships are annual with a 30-day out in the first quarter.

What if a number is wrong?

We say so publicly. Failed reconciliation halts publication, corrections are logged and dated, and our forecast misses stay on the page next to the hits.

What exactly is a "seat"?

One login. Pro includes 1. Partnership includes 5, and the $40k enterprise tier is unlimited. Report licenses work differently: single is one reader, team covers up to 10 named people, and company covers your whole organization.

Home vs. the $24 report — which do I want?

The $24 report is one address, once — right for a single move or purchase. Home is for staying informed: unlimited lookups, alerts on three addresses, and a fresh full report every month. Most families buy one report, then subscribe when something gets filed nearby.

Can I try Pro before paying?

Yes — 7 days free, card required, one click to cancel. The free tier never expires either.
